Sad cats, lucky cats, happy dinosaurs and mega babes in EE, not a bad week at Eclectic Eccentricity HQ!
We stumbled across some sweet coverage early on in the week - first up the two new team members at our lovely stockist in Edinburgh Hannah Zakari both instantly put EE on their covet lists - namely URSA MAJOR bear constellation necklace and COMET ONE MAY Earth locket. Proud to sit beside ace items such as this Stay Home Club Crying at the Party patch. NEED!
We figured that as there isn't a dinosaur constellation, then we'd have to make our own, so good news guys! TYRANNOSAURUS MAJOR is ruling skies, found in the Spring of 2016, high in the sky and just a smidge to the right. Cool, ay?
Another fun blog mention, this time by the neatly named CLOSET FEMINIST in Canada, who has put together her Spring Wish List and in her own words is 'currently reading Radiance by Catherynne M. Valente, which is a “decopunk pulp SF alt-history space opera mystery set in a Hollywood-and solar system-very different from our own.” So, yea, I want this Perfect Alignment necklace by Eclectic Eccentricity real bad.' Fair enough!
#eejewellery tag ups really hit the spot this week, here's a selection of the highlights!
@afashionnerd is about to hit the even bigger time with a slot on Shark Tank this week, look out for this babe on ABC, we'll report back next week too. For now here's a snap of her looking dreamy in our ALCHEMY necklace.
Cute stuff @sayomiku had us crushing on both her hair and 'brows in our YOU CANNOT BE CIRRUS necklace. (top marks for seasonal accuracy - this the Spring version, complete with April showers).
@jamie_scammell provides us with more candy coloured hair inspo with an added darling addition of our URSA MAJOR bear constellation necklace, blink and you'll miss it!
Need a dash of luck going into the weekend? NEKO-LACE is ready to come to your rescue!
Maneki-neko (or 'beckoning cat') is a Japanese figurine which is though to bestow luck upon the owner. These super-sweet Peruvian ceramic pendants have been suspended from a 24" long chain, finished with a single shining star. What a cutie to round off the week!
